Juan Ruben

Bio:

Juan Ruben is a Chicago native currently living in sunny San Diego, California. He joined BG Radio Network in June of 2021 as the host of BGRN’s sole exclusive talk show Storytime With Juan Ruben. A natural born storyteller, Juan was born to tell interesting and funny stories. Having missed his true calling in life of being a voice actor, he is known for using funny voices and impressions during stories. Storytime is always a fun and interesting show so be sure to check it out live weekly.

When he isn’t doing Storytime, Juan has several other hobbies that he does. He spends a lot of time talking to his long-distance girlfriend Redi (who also happens to be an unofficial co-host on Storytime). He also loves to do photography and take pictures of flowers and birds. Juan is also a sound nerd who has accumulated an extensive collection of microphones in his pursuit of the ‘perfect’ sound. Juan is also a Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan (which means he is used to disappointment and misfortune) and will often talk about how bad they are. Finally, Juan does music shows on his own channel two to three times a week, so be sure to check his shows out when they are live.
